COVID-19 & VACCINATIONS
In following current CDC and Eagle County Public Health guidelines, event management strongly encourages wearing a mask to limit the risk of exposure for individuals that are not vaccinated or are immunocompromised (regardless of vaccination status). 

At the current date of publishing, vaccinations are not required for entrance into the venue. While we encourage all guests to be vaccinated and take every precaution, we do not require proof of status at this time. Event management closely follows local and state regulations and reserves the right to change this directive should guidelines require. All ticket holders will be communicated with should this status change.

Outdoor environments are less likely to provide risks of exposure, but that does not eliminate the risk. 

Event management will provide hand sanitizer for public use at all bars and ID tent locations. The ID tents will also have complimentary face masks available upon request. 

Please do your best to maintain distance and be respectful of people's personal space.

Anyone that is not feeling well should not attend this event.

PROHIBITTED ITEMS
Please leave the following at home, as attendees will be denied entry should any attempt be made to bring them into event venues: large bags/backpacks, coolers, alcohol/drugs, bottles/glass containers, cans, dogs and other animals, chairs, weapons of any kind (including, but not limited to firearms and knives), laser pointers of any kind, signs attached to a stick or pole, recording devices, professional still cameras, video cameras and drones.

Please note that event management retains the right to make the final decision on prohibited items. Furthermore, specific concert or event security policies may create additions to the list above. All guests entering the venues are subject to search by metal-detecting wands and/or pat-downs.

Additionally, all small bags and purses are subject to search at venue entrances. Attendees will see an increased security and police presence both inside and outside the concert venue.

The Vail Snow Days event at this venue will be filmed, photographed and recorded. By entering this venue, you agree your name, voice, likeness, and image may e used in future broadcast, webcast, print or other media, whether or not now known, and/or distribution of this production, worldwide, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional or any other use by, Vail Snow Days, Highline, other event sponsors and suppliers, and those acting by or through their authority, without any compensation whatsoever. When you #hashtag your photo and/or video, you authorize Vail Snow Days, Highline, other event sponsors and suppliers, and those acting by or through their authority, to use your photo and/or video without any compensation whatsoever. 

This venue is part of a winter environment. Please plan ahead and proceed with caution.
